Budgetary Slack: Iklim Kerja Etis, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi, Modal Intelektual

Abstract: Better work performance than the ability to absorb the budget indicates that the output can be achieved with a lower budget allocation than the planned budget.
