“…One exception is when students are asked to create or contribute to archives housed at their own schools. Fernekes and Rosenberg (2008) describe one such program in which University Special Collections and University Archives collaborated with The Hunterdon Central Regional High School Archives. Archivists from Rutgers served as consultants for the development of policies and processes for the high school archives; they also offered instruction during field trips to the Rutgers archives and served as independent reviewers for high school students' archive projects, offering feedback on how to improve and foster further development of the high school archive program.…”
