The article discusses the advantages and problems of the development of efficient biofuel production. The experience of developed countries in the production of biofuels from agricultural raw materials. Defined economic and social aspects. There is a political side to the production of renewable bioenergy. The availability of verified energy sources gives the country a certain temporary "margin of energy durability" in the event of a sudden interruption in the supply of traditional fuels (oil, fuel oil, gas) and some opportunity for maneuvering energy resources within the state. The development of bioenergy based on the use of its own raw material base is economically feasible. This is not only biofuels and fertilizers, but also high-protein feed for livestock and poultry, as well as the possibility of energy supply of specific agricultural enterprises.

Teacher education continues to remain an area of exploration and further development in contemporary research. One significant question that dominates discussions that focus on teacher development is “what makes them effective for their students?” Research on context-specific teaching informs us that the metaphor “effective teacher” can be best described in light of the characteristics associated with the term in the context where this is being discussed and negotiated. Although the general list of qualities helps understand the dominant attributes of good teachers in the field, they do not always answer whether this makes a teacher successful in a specific context. To fill this gap, and to determine what teacher characteristics are valued the most in the Gulf context, the present study investigated faculty-student beliefs about the qualities of an effective English teacher using a mixed methods research design that utilized a bilingual survey to collect quantitative data from 66 teachers and 527 students, and individual interviews with 10 faculties and 14 students to further unpack the findings. This study reports that a teacher’s ability to employ an efficient teaching methodology and develop a compassionate relationship with their students, regardless of their gender, age, nationality and accent, are the most preferred qualities of an effective English teacher in the Gulf. These findings are helpful for educators, policymakers, teacher trainers, education leaders, and researchers in employing, developing, and designing teacher-training programs in specific contexts

Resumo. Recentemente tem havido um interesse crescente na utilização da linguística cognitiva no contexto do ensino de línguas estrangeiras. O objetivo do estudo é desenvolver métodos de autores no campo da tecnologia da arte em um estágio inicial de aprendizagem. A abordagem qualitativa é utilizada no desenvolvimento de métodos de autores no campo da tecnologia da arte: em entrevista individual, de observação, comunicação conversacional. Dados os resultados, os métodos para trabalhar com Ch. A imagem "Fora da escola" de Burton Barber no processo de aprendizagem de uma língua estrangeira numa fase inicial de formação, visa moldar competências práticas na formação de competências de comunicação, formando competências de desenvolvimento intercultural. É indicada uma dinâmica positiva no uso de tecnologias artísticas no processo de aprendizagem de uma língua estrangeira nos anos 2018-2021.Notou-se o uso de tecnologias artísticas: a criação de motivações para que os alunos de uma língua estrangeira se expressem ativamente e compreendam novas formas de trabalho; formação do processo de percepção, atenção, pensamento, fala, trabalho com material criativo, implementação de conexões interdisciplinares; desenvolver a autonomia dos alunos com formas de se expressarem; atmosfera informal.Palavras-chave: arte-tecnologia, professor de língua estrangeira, aplicação, estágio inicial, método-nuvem, linguística cognitiva.
