Building Intercultural Competence Through Intercultural Competency Certification Of Undergraduate Students

Abstract: The Intercultural Competency Certificate (CCI in Spanish) designed for the Universidad Popular Automa del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP University) is a theory based comprehensive plan to develop undergraduate students intercultural competence.
