Abstract:Pillar-layered structures represent a significant category within MOFs; however, the exploration of their chemical stability and systematic functionalization has been largely neglected. Herein, we fabricated a pillarlayered MOF (Zn-L C−C ) with fsc topology, utilizing a tetradentate carboxylic ligand with bipyridine and Zn(II) ions via the pillar-layered approach. Notably, this topological structure displays markedly superior stability compared with typical pillar-layered MOFs with pcu topology. In addition, b… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
