Bulbous gold–carbon nanodot hybrid nanoclusters for cancer therapy

Abstract: Carbon nanodots are used to stabilize gold-nanoclusters. Charge-transfer interactions between carbon nanodots and gold were detected by transient absorption spectroscopy.
