Bulked segregant RNA-Seq reveals differential genes and non-synonymous genetic variants linked to sucrose accumulation in sugarcane

Abstract: Sucrose is the key economic trait in sugarcane which is a highly polyploid multi-species hybrid and shows a complex pattern of trait inheritance.
