Buna Qalaa Ritual of the Boorana Oromo

Abstract: Buna Qalaa (Slaughtered Coffee) is the coffee meal which is prepared from dried coffee berries by cooking them with butter after washing appropriately and cutting the tip off each coffee bean with one's teeth.
