Burnout Syndrome Among Medical Students: An Integrative Review

Abstract: Introduction: Burnout Syndrome is conceptualized as a result of chronic stress in the workplace, characterized as a psychological syndrome composed of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal fulfillment.
