Business Coaching: Implementation of Service Quality and Social Media Promotion Improvement in Indonesian MSMEs’ Restaurant

Abstract: This paper aims to assist an Indonesian MSME restaurant in managing its marketing activities by implementing a strategy to increase their service quality and promotion.
