Productivity is a major issue in business processes and work. The problem that everyone faces is new work patterns and habits during the pandemic. New work patterns can disrupt productivity if they cannot be anticipated effectively. So to conduct scientific discussions and share knowledge, a webinar was held to discuss productivity strategies during the pandemic. The academic community from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Paramadina University took the initiative to carry out community service activities. This webinar was held in the form of a sharing session attended by business people, teachers, students, and the general public. The theme taken is to provide a concept for increasing productivity during a pandemic. The training is carried out virtually using the Zoom Meeting platform. The number of participants was 43 people. At the end of the webinar, an online questionnaire was given to evaluate the implementation of the webinar. The results showed that the implementation of the webinar was considered good by the participants. The evaluation component includes committee services, content of materials, delivery of resource persons, and participant satisfaction. Webinar participants want a continuation of the webinar to be improved on a different theme.
