Business organizations as living beings

Abstract: Purpose:The objective of the work is to assess whether the Organic Model is a management model that positively impacts the environment of organizations and facilitates their survival. This model considers that all organisms actively integrated by human beings, become their own entities that maintain a similar structure as a reflection of these.
