Butyrylcholinesterase and Erythrocyte Sulfhydryl-dependent Enzyme Hydrolyze Gabexate in Human Blood

Abstract: Gabexate (GB), a serine protease inhibitor that is widely used for the treatment of acute pancreatitis and disseminated intravascular coagulation, has been reported to be partly hydrolyzed by human serum albumin.
