Abstract:improved conventional CRP assays allow the measurement of 1 mg/L with CV <10% [7,10], and also show good concordance with hs-CRP data for the range near 1 mg/L [7]. Given these considerations, we analyzed the health checkup data involving the CRP values obtained by an improved conventional method and examined their associations with the MetS-related parameters.
