Cadenas de Valor Agrícola: Revisión y análisis bibliométrico

Abstract

The analysis reflects the visibility and scientific impact of publications related to agricultural value chains. The incidence of bibliometric indicators allows interpreting the bibliographic information that is generated worldwide. The objective for this work focuses on the analysis of bibliometric indicators between the years 2010 and 2020 based on the theme of agricultural value chains. The Web of Science database was used to extract the literature on value chains. The study analyzed articles published between 2010 and 2020. The keywords used are "agricultural value chains" and articles from journals or studies related to the subject were selected for bibliometric analysis and methodological review. The study contributes to the bibliometric analysis and provides a methodological review of published journal articles on agricultural value chains. In conclusion, this bibliographic study presents the history of research development in agricultural value chains.
