Cadmium Sulphide (Cds) Deposition for Cdte - Based Solar Cells

Abstract: Cadmium sulfide (CdS) is one of the most promising electrontransporting materials in CdTe-based solar cells. In the present study, we use chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique to synthesize cadmium sulphide (CdS).
