Caffeine Increases Endurance Performance via Changes in Neural and Muscular Determinants of Performance Fatigability

Abstract: Purpose: In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that caffeine would increase endurance performance via attenuation of neural and muscular determinants of performance fatigability during high-intensity, whole-body exercise.
