Calcifying fibrous tumor in the abdomen: A case report

Abstract: Introduction. Calcifying fibrous tumor is a rare benign neoplasm of soft tissue origin. The tumor is commonly found in young adults. In most cases it is an incidental finding, because patients do not have obvious symptoms. This tumor may appear in different anatomical locations mimicking other stromal lesions.
