Abstract:Abstract:Calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) is a developmental odontogenic cyst. The lesion is unusual having features of a cyst but also has many characteristics of a solid neoplasm. It constitutes 0.3-0.8% of all odontogenic cysts. It can occur in isolation or in association with other odontogenic tumours.
