Calculated Lattice Thermal Conductivity of Magnetite Thin Films based on Modified Callaway Model

Abstract: Highlights• The lattice thermal conductivity of magnetite thin film was studied for temperature between 0.1 and 350K• Modified Callaway Model could predict the thermal conductivity of all magnetite nano-layers • Some physical quantities were estimated for nano-sized Fe3O4 using Modified Callaway Model.
