Calculation of Electron Transport in Branched Semiconductor Nanostructures Using Quantum Network Model

Abstract: Electron transport in branched semiconductor nanostructures provides many possibilities for creating fundamentally new devices. We solve the problem of its calculation using a quantum network model.
