Calculation of high-rise construction limitations for non-resident housing fund in megacities

Abstract: The paper is devoted to topical issues of urban planning in terms of high-rise construction of a non-resident housing stock in relation to megacities. We consider this issue taking into account the limitations of natural, communal and social resources.
