Çalışanların Esnek Çalışma Düzenlemelerine Karşı Tutumlarının İşe Adanmışlıklarına Etkisinde Örgütsel Adalet Algısının Aracı Rolü

Abstract: Örgütler, rekabet ortamında mücadele edebilmek için nitelikli personelinin başka bir örgüt bünyesine geçmesini engellemek amacıyla düzenlemeler yapmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda örgütler çalışma şartlarında düzenlemeler yapmış, yapılan düzenlemeler ile çalışanların örgüt amaçlarına derinden bağlı olması hedeflenmiştir.
