Callus-induced explants selection of ‘Pyrus betulifolia’

Abstract: Efficient and stable in vitro regeneration system is the basic condition and key factor for the genetic transformation of pear. In order to find the most suitable explants to induce callus, three different explants, including seeds, hypocotyls and young leaves, were selected to induce callus respectively, and the regeneration ability of the three explants was compared, and finally the best material was selected.
