“…However, Actinobacteria was slightly higher in group B. It is comparable to one of the studies on camel milk from different geographical areas of Kuwait including two seasons based on bacterial V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA reported Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Bacteroidota ( Rahmeh et al, 2022 ). Additionally, Proteobacteria were higher in early milk than the late one which was also observed in goats early and mid period milk ( McInnis et al, 2015 ).…”

“…Unpasteurized or raw milk is prone to contamination easily and there were some undesirable bacteria such as Klebsiella, clostridium and Staphylococcus species which were evidenced from similar studies of raw camel milk ( Amrouche et al, 2020 , Berhe et al, 2019 , Rahmeh et al, 2022 ). Fungal pathogens including candida, Aspergillus and Fusarium also resided in the current study samples which also coexisted in a similar study ( Rahmeh et al, 2022 ) disclosed unhygienic for consumption prior to appropriate sterilization.…”

“…The taxon frequencies of the most dominant bacterial genera (Taxa with a mean frequency at least 1%) summarized by class and genus between different geographical locations as well as seasons are available at Rahmeh et al. (2022) [1] .…”

“…LefSe identified a total of 83 and 40 differentially abundant genera in the different geographical locations and seasons, respectively. More details about the bacterial composition of raw camel milk at the phylum and genus level can be found in research article [1] . These data can be used to compare the diversity of milk bacterial community between different milk producing species and camels from different parts of the world.…”
