Can police camping ticket geographies facilitate homeless outreach? Identifying harms and people in homeless encampments

Abstract: Unsheltered persons experiencing homelessness (PEH) encounter many kinds of harm, and it is often unclear what data sources can be leveraged to connect PEH to services.
