Can policy facilitate human capital development? The critical role of student and family engagement in schools.

Abstract: state-bystate trends in U.S. unemployment have correlated with trends in suicide rates.Liepa Vasare Boberiene is the Washington Fellow of the American Orthopsychiatric Association for 2011-2013.
