Abstract:Background/Objectives: This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with mechanical failure in patients undergoing spinal instrumentation without fusion for metastatic spinal tumors. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated data from 220 patients with spinal tumors who underwent instrumentation without fusion.
