Can Very Large Floating Structures Reduce Tsunami Height?

Abstract: Numerical simulation of nonlinear interaction between floating thin-plates and surface waves has been performed to study the reduction of tsunami height due to propagation of tsunamis through very large floating structures (VLFS).
