Abstract:Canalicular adenoma is a rare benign salivary gland neoplasm affecting predominantly the minor salivary gland. We present a case of a 55 year female who presented with a mucosal nodule in the left cheek and was diagnosed as Canalicular adenoma based on the morphology and immunohistochemistry findings. Our case is rare in that, it is a case of Canalicular adenoma affecting the major salivary gland – Parotid gland, and is the 7 case reported in literature to the best of our knowledge.
