Cancer- related protein profile of patient-derived and commercial glioblastoma cell lines exposed to Temozolomide

Abstract: Purpose Since recurrence is observed in almost all glioma patients deeper insight into mechanisms responsible for therapy resistance and identification of new biomarkers is urgently required.
