Abstract:The article presents a clinical case of a 78-year-old female patient with a clinical picture of vasospastic angina during the capecitabin treatment. The issues under discussion include difficulties of diagnosing vasospastic angina, a potential danger and incidence of coronary vasospastic reactions during chemotherapy with drugs of this group, and current approaches to prevention and correction of fluoropyrimidine cardiotoxicity.
