Abstract: Recent advances in dendrimer‐based nanomedicine show that dendrimers have been used in many different ways in medical applications. Dendrimer can be used as a platform to covalently conjugate targeting moieties and to physically encapsulate drug molecules inside their interior to improve the water solubility and bioavailability of the drugs.
