Capillary Electrophoresis With a Chemiluminescence Detector Using the Two Reactions of Luminol and Peroxyoxalate

Abstract: & We investigated capillary electrophoresis (CE) with a chemiluminescence (CL) detector using both CL systems of luminol and peroxyoxalate. Flow-and batch-type CL detection cells were used to analyze model samples, such as isoluminol isothiocyanate (ILITC), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and proteins labeled with these reagents.
