Capillary isoelectric focusing

Abstract: Capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) provides excellent resolution of proteins with the advantage that separations are carried out in a capillary format with on-tube detection and automated analysis. Recent advances in the technique provide improved resolution, reproducibility and reliability.
