Capitalizing on Collapse: An Analysis of Institutional Single-Family Rental Investors

Abstract: A well-documented consequence of the recent foreclosure crisis was a pronounced dislocation in the single-family home market. Large institutional buyers emerged to capitalize on this dislocation.
