Abstract: This essay examines the trajectory of PROSALAFA in the semi-arid areas of Lara and Falcón, Venezuela, between 1993 and 2017. The project, with an innovative approach, sought to strengthen Caprine Family Farming (AFC) through training, technical assistance and economic support.
