“…In Colombia, voluntary HIV testing is close to 20% in the general population 3 , and it ranged from 20% to 54% in populations at highest risk for infection 4 , 5 ; for the year 2012, it was reported that only 18.4% of people diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in Colombia had requested voluntary performance of the test for diagnosis 6 .
