Abstract:Se describe el microbioma bacteriano y fúngico de la hoja de banano (Musa x paradisiaca) en estado sano y necrótico de la enfermedad Sigatoka Negra (Pseudocercospora fijiensis), evaluando manejos agronómicos orgánico y convencional en la provincia de El Oro, Ecuador.
