Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Laser Vaporization of Multiple Facial Syringomas

Abstract: The technique for using the carbon dioxide laser in the vaporization mode to treat multiple lesions of syringoma of the face without adverse scarring, textural changes, or recurrence is described.
