Carcinoid of the Trachea in a Young Adult Male Responsive to Chemo-Radiation

Abstract: Carcinoid of the trachea is an extremely rare entity with very few cases reported in literature. The standard of treatment is complete surgical excision with limited role for chemotherapy and also a limited role for radiotherapy as this type of tumour has very low metastatic potential.
