Curative treatment was at tempted in 13 patients only; 6 had amputation of the penis [20,21,25,40,46,52], 5 had tumor excision [26,32,48,51,60], 1 had emasculation [14] and 1 had cir cumcision [29].…”

“…In 33 of them (66%) the corpora cavernosa were involved; the glans was involved in 13 patients (27%); the corpus spongiosum in 5 patients (10%), and the prepuce in 4 patients (8%). Simultaneous lesions of the prepuce and the glans have been termed 'kissing lesions' [51]. The urethra was involved in 4 patients and the corona in 1 patient [48].…”
