“…Referring to the compatibility ratio of salvianolic acid B and ginsenoside Rg 1 , it was found that the content ratios of the two components were mostly between 2:3‐2:8 based on the quantitative results. Interestingly, when the compatibility ratio was set to 2:5, this components combination was reported to show superior effects on myocardial protection [19, 20]. This ratio also happened to be in the middle of the above range, thus we selected the ratio of 2:5 for combination to investigate the anti‐thrombotic activity of BRg 1 on the zebrafish model.…”

“…Myocardial injury is accompanied by an increase in α-SMA and H-FABP. 7,8 At the same time, the synthesis and secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) are important indicators of myocardial injury. 9 The levels of α-SMA and H-FABP in the serum, ANP and BNP in heart of the SHR group were significantly higher than the WKY group (P<0.01).…”

“…Shenfu injection (SFI), a known traditional Chinese herbs extract, includes ginsenoside and aconitine. Studies have proved that ginsenoside significantly protects against heart failure and improves cardiac function [ 14 16 ]. Aconitine is extracted from Fuzi, and modern pharmacological studies have proved that Fuzi exerts a protective effect on myocardial cells and could activate α and β -adrenergic receptors [ 17 ].…”
