Career Plans of Latinx Mechanical Engineering Undergraduates Studying at Hispanic-Serving Institutions

Abstract: Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs) graduate approximately a third of all Latinx engineers, yet research focuses on predominantly White institutions.
