Careers in 2020?

Abstract: Twenty years ago an article was published which speculated about the shape of a career in ILS in the mid-1990s. Many of the forecasts turned out to be correct. Continues the projections forward to the year 2020 and discusses the trends towards portfolio careers and forms of flexible employment, together with the conditions which have forced changes in the workplace. Discusses the benefits which can emerge when the worker has greater control over his or her career.
