Caregiving appraisal and disease activity in early inflammatory arthritis

Abstract: This study indicates that, in early inflammatory arthritis, patients' caregiving appraisal might be important to consider when assessing disease activity. Clinicians are encouraged to include both patients and their spouse caregivers in interventions.
