Caribbean multi-centre study of Klebsiella pneumoniae: whole genome sequencing, antimicrobial resistance and virulence factors

Abstract: The surveillance of antimicrobial resistant isolates has proven to be one of the most valuable tools to understand the global rise of multidrug-resistant bacterial pathogens.
