Abstract: Citrus canker, caused byXanthomonas citrisubsp. citri (Xcc), is a devastating disease worldwide. Previously, we successfully generated canker-resistantCitrus sinensiscv. Hamlin lines in the T0 generation, achieving a mutation efficiency of 97.4%.
