Case of Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis Associated with Cytomegalovirus Reactivation in an Immunocompromised Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patient

Abstract: We present a case of an immunocompromised systemic lupus erythematosus female patient admitted to our hospital for general impairment, monoparesis, and temporary cognitive disability.
