Case of leukemia cutis showing asymmetrical linear distribution suggestive of Koebner's phenomenon

Linear nonpalpable purpura in a young male: a unique presentation of leukemia cutis in T‐cell prolymphocytic leukemia

“…In a series of 6 cases of T-PLL, the authors remarked slightly about a symmetrical and linear distribution in truncal lesions 2. Leukemia cutis as linearly arranged lesions has also been reported in AML-MDS and AML-M0, wherein the authors attributed them to koebnerization and cytokine-mediated skin-homing of leukemic cells secondary to keratinocyte injury and activation, respectively 6,7.
